Michigan PGA Match Play Results
Ann Arbor, MI — The finals are set for the 2008 Michigan PGA Match Play presented by Boylan Sales-Yamaha / Cutter & Buck at Polo Fields Golf & Country Club as John Traub of TNT Enterprises will face Greg Bores of Pheasant Run Golf Club Thursday morning at 9:00AM. We saw the upsets continue into the quarterfinal matches as Andrew Mogg of King Par Golf defeated the defending champion and top seed Jeff Roth 1 up. Andrew advanced to the semi finals where he was defeated in 19 holes by Greg Bores of Pheasant Run Golf Club. John Traub advanced to the finals by defeating Guy Samples in the quarterfinals 3 & 2 and Frank McAuliffe of Ann Arbor Country Club in the afternoon semifinal match 5 & 4.
